REFUND POLICIES
WINTER REGISTRATIONS:
100% refund of your registration fee will be returned to you if we are notified prior to Dec 14th
80% refund of your registration fee will be returned to you if we are notified after Dec 15th
50% refund of your registration fee will be returned to you if we are notified after Jan 1st
0% - non refundable - of your registration fee if we are notified after the season opening day – non refundable
**Exceptions, i.e. health concerns / moving, will be handled on a per case basis**
FALL REGISTRATIONS:
100% refund of your registration fee will be returned to you if we are notified prior to July 1st
50% refund of your registration fee will be returned to you if we are notified July 2nd through August 31st
0% refund of your registration fee will be returned if we are notified after September 1st – non refundable at this point
**Exceptions, i.e. health concerns/moving, will be handled on a per case basis**
TRAVEL REGISTRATIONS:
100% refund of your registration fee will be returned to you if we are notified prior to Aug 1st
50% refund of your registration fee will be returned to you if we are notified Aug 2nd through August 31st
0% refund of your registration fee will be returned if we are notified after September 1st – nonrefundable at this point
