Coaching guidelines:
PARENT MANAGER NEEDED TO RUN GAMES (NOT TRAINING)
• To provide children with an emotionally healthy and physically challenging atmosphere of good sportsmanship and athletic activity through the game of soccer
• To provide an activity where children have the opportunity to play regardless of athletic skills or family income
• To provide a healthy competitive atmosphere while teaching respect for others, fair play, respect, humbleness in winning, and stature in defeat
• To provide a rewarding and enriching experience for all those adult volunteers who make it work
• To teach teamwork and cooperation
• Only certified coaches may coach or provide direction to the players
• End of game scores are not posted and there are NO standings kept. The purpose of the in-town indoor soccer program is to have fun and to continue playing soccer during the winter. Even though standings are not kept, when you are leading by six (6) goals, good sportsmanship demands that you play your substitutes - score differentials should not exceed nine (9) goals. Massacres are discouraging. We want the children to enjoy themselves and establish doting memories
• Remain positive and upbeat throughout the game – HAVE FUN
• All games end in a PLAYER COACH REFEREE handshake
Players Equipment:
• League will supply player game shirts
• League to supply game soccer balls
• Families to supply indoor soccer sneakers, soccer socks and shin guards, black shorts
• NO JEWLERY to be warn during practices and games
• Families to supply player game time water / refreshments

FLSC will endeavor to send reasonable notice to all families for any material program changes. All programs are all dependent on towns approval.
